"If God kills, lies, cheats, discriminates, and otherwise behaves in a manner that puts the Mafia to shame, that's Okay, he's God. He can do whatever he wants. Anyone who adheres to this philosophy has had his sense of morality, decency, justice and humaneness warped beyond recognition by the very book that is supposedly preaching the opposite."

Penne Earler-Boyd is a Seaside artist and author.

She is currently seeking a publisher for her vampire novel, Dane.  Along with a lecture detailing the historical life of Dracula, several of Ms. Boyd's paintings will be on display.

Following the presentation, the library will host an open microphone.  Everyone is welcome to read a vampire story or poem (five minute limitation).

One lucky attendee will receive the vampire coffee-table book, The Terrifying Lost Journal of Dr. Cornelius Van Helsing, as a door prize.

Refreshments will be served.
